Shipping to the UK

How long does it take and how much will it cost?

We offer free shipping to the UK (exc Northern Ireland and Channel Islands) for orders over £100 on a standard service which usually takes 3 days. For orders shipping elsewhere or under £100 a shipping charge will be applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, providing you place your order by 01:00pm.

Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How long does it take?

All Bouncepad products are configured to your exact specification and dispatched worldwide from our UK warehouse. Orders are usually delivered within 3 working days on a standard service. We also offer a next day service if you are in a hurry. Once your order has been scheduled for assembly, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch date. When your order is dispatched, you will receive further emails with your invoice and tracking information.

Will I need to pay any duties or taxes?

Where applicable, all orders being delivered to the UK (mainland) are subject to the standard 20% VAT rate which is charged at checkout. No import duties or custom fees will be applicable as all orders are shipped from the UK.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number. This will be sent to the email address provided for your delivery address.
