How much will it cost?

We offer free shipping for orders over €100 to the EU on a standard service which usually takes 3 days. For orders shipping elsewhere or under €100 a shipping charge will be applied.

Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How long does it take?

All Bouncepad products are configured to your exact specification and dispatched worldwide from our UK warehouse. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days using a road service from our UK warehouse. Once your order has been scheduled for assembly, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch date. When your order is dispatched, you will receive further emails with your invoice and tracking information.

Will I need to pay any duties or taxes?

German MWSt will be applied to your order at checkout. The UK and EU have a zero-tariff trade agreement in place, meaning you will not be liable for any import duties.

Alternatively you can purchase from our EU based distributor, Tabletpro, who will manage the process for you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number. This will be sent to the billing email address along with your invoice.
