Where do you ship?

We offer fast and reliable worldwide delivery via FedEx and UPS. Wherever you are, chances are we can get your order to you.

There are only a few exceptions due to carrier restrictions or local import limitations. At present, we do not ship to the following countries and territories:

How long does it take and how much will it cost?

Orders to the UK

We provide free shipping to the UK (exc Northern Ireland and Channel Islands) for orders over £100 on a standard service which takes 1-2 working days. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, providing you place your order by 13:00 (UK TIME).

All Bouncepad products are configured to your exact specification and dispatched from our warehouse in the UK. Orders placed Monday to Friday, before midday (UK time) are usually shipped the same day on a next day service with FedEx. Once your order has been scheduled for assembly, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch date. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a further emails with your invoice and tracking information.

All orders being delivered to the UK (Mainland) are subject to the standard 20% VAT rate. No import duties or custom fees will be applicable, as all orders are shipped from the UK.

Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.


Orders to the EU 

We offer free shipping for orders over €100 to the EU on a standard service which usually takes 1-2 days. For orders under €100 a shipping charge will be applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, providing you place your order by 13:00 (CET)

All Bouncepad products are configured to your exact specification and dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders placed Monday to Friday, before 12:00 (CET) are usually shipped the same day on a next day service with FedEx or UPS. Once your order has been scheduled for assembly, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch date. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a further emails with your invoice and tracking information.

All prices on our website exclude VAT, which will be added to your order during checkout. VAT will be charged on all orders shipping to the Netherlands. If you are a VAT-registered business in any other EU country, and enter a valid VAT number at checkout, no VAT will be charged.

Orders to the US

We offer free shipping for online orders over $100 to all 50 states on a standard service which takes 2-3 working days. If the order is under $100, a standard shipping fee will be charged. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a priority shipping service which takes 1-2 working days. Charges depend on total order weight. 

You will not be charged any import duties, taxes or handling fees for orders going to the US, Bouncepad covers and manages all import fees to ensure a hassle free delivery. If we are delivering to the state of Massachusetts you will be charged the local Sales Tax of 6.25% at checkout. 

If you are a tax exempt business and are shipping to the state of Massachusetts please contact our Customer Service Team before placing your order. For tax exempt businesses ordering to any other state, you will not be charged tax.

Orders to Canada

We offer free shipping for online orders over $100 to Canada on a standard service which takes 2-3 working days. If the order is under $100, a standard shipping fee will be charged. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a priority shipping service which takes 1-2 working days. Charges depend on total order weight. 

For orders going to Canada, all duties and taxes are collected at checkout, including customs handling fee's. Please note, as a non-Canadian business, we are not registered for Canadian taxes (GST/HST) and cannot issue a Canadian tax invoice. However, at checkout, we collect any applicable sales tax, duties, and import fees required for your order. These charges are paid directly to Canadian customs via our courier to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with Canadian import regulations.

Orders to Australia

We offer free shipping for online orders over $150 to Australia on a standard service which takes 3–6 working days. If the order is under $150, a standard shipping fee will be charged. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a priority shipping service which takes 2–3 working days. Charges depend on total order weight.

For orders going to Australia, all duties and taxes are collected at checkout, including customs handling fees. Orders under AUD $1,000 are not subject to import duties or GST due to Australia’s de minimis threshold. Please note, as a non-Australian business, we are not registered for Australian GST and cannot issue a tax invoice with an Australian Business Number (ABN). For orders above the de minimis threshold, any applicable GST and import fees are collected at checkout and paid directly to Australian customs via our courier to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with local regulations.

Orders to the rest of Europe and all other Countries

Orders placed Monday to Friday, before midday (UK time) are usually shipped the same day on a 3-5 working day service with FedEx or UPS. Shipping cost is based on the total weight of the order and delivery address. applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, providing you place your order by 13:00 (UK TIME).

All Bouncepad products are configured to your exact specification and dispatched from our UK warehouse. Once your order has been scheduled for assembly, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch date. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a further emails with your invoice and tracking information. Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Orders will be subject to the local import duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient, as laid out in our Terms of Business. The exact rate will vary depending on local customs rules. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel/parcels are returned to Bouncepad, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will be sent to the delivery email address provided when you placed your order. The invoice will be sent to the billing email address.
